BGF-backed SaleCycle has acquired French technology business BEYABLE, bringing together two complementary companies to help ecommerce brands turn more visitors into customers.

The combined offer

The merged platform will integrate identity resolution, behavioural intent scoring, onsite personalisation, A/B testing and remarketing across email, SMS, WhatsApp and RCS.

The deal comes as up to 90% of ecommerce traffic remains anonymous, making it harder for brands to understand and convert visitors.

What the bosses said

SaleCycle chief executive Fabien Sanchez called it a pivotal moment for ecommerce performance. BEYABLE chief executive Julien Dugaret said joining SaleCycle would let the business scale its vision globally and reach new markets that SaleCycle has served for more than 15 years.
