Hartlepool technology firm The Resolved Group has moved into a town centre office twice the size of its previous base at the Innovation Centre, after what founder Chris Carroll says was a first year that shattered expectations.

A niche service

The company repairs existing digital platforms, such as websites, CRMs and apps, that it did not originally build. Carroll says the approach costs around 80% less than a rebuild, and it has quickly attracted a global client base.

Demand outstripping supply

Carroll said clients are now seeking the business out, and its waiting list runs well into 2026. In the new year it plans to grow its global team considerably to meet demand.
